No. We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to international destinations or PO Boxes at this time.

Shipping is free on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees and no minimum purchase requirement.

• Processing: orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
• Delivery: once shipped, your order arrives within 3–5 business days.
• Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Enter it on our track your order page.

• Within 24 hours: yes. Email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] for a full, immediate refund.
• After 24 hours: if your order has already been processed or dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Wait for delivery and follow our standard return process.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undrained of any water, uninflated where applicable, and in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.

A tub that has been filled with water cannot be returned as unused. Please check your space and dimensions before you fill it.

• Faulty or damaged items: no. We cover the full return shipping cost.
• Change of mind, after 24 hours: yes. We provide a pre-paid return label and the fixed cost is deducted from your refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed within 3 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank it may take a further 5 business days to appear on your statement.

No plumbing and no building work. Inflatable models need the top ring inflating with the supplied pump before you fill — that is the slow part, and you only do it once. A step-by-step manual is included in every box.

As cold as your cold tap, then it drifts toward the outside air temperature. Through a British winter that is usually enough on its own. In summer it is not, which is what the chiller models are for.

Water weighs one kilogram per litre, so a full 350-litre tub holds around 350kg of water plus the tub itself. Choose where it goes before you fill it, on level ground that can carry that weight. Once full, it cannot be moved.

It depends on how often it is used and whether you run a filter. Without one, plan on emptying and refilling weekly. Change it sooner if the water looks cloudy or smells, regardless of how recently you did it.

Yes, with the lid on. Drain it if a hard freeze is forecast rather than letting a full tub freeze solid.

A standard outdoor socket on an RCD-protected circuit. Do not run a chiller from an indoor extension lead trailing through a window or a door.

It carries real risk. Cold water immersion can cause cold shock and cardiac events. Do not use the tub alone — have someone within sight or earshot. Keep sessions short and get out if you feel unwell, numb or disoriented.

It is not suitable if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure or a circulatory disorder, or during pregnancy, without advice from your doctor.

Short. Thirty seconds to two minutes is a normal range and there is no benefit to pushing past what feels manageable. If you are new to this, start warmer and shorter than the internet will suggest.

A filled tub is an open body of water. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times. Empty the tub or secure the lid whenever it is not in use.
