Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show any movement after dispatch. If it shows nothing after that, contact us and we will chase it.
Where to find it
- Check your inbox for the dispatch confirmation email from FrostDip. The tracking number is in there.
- Check your spam or promotions folder if you cannot see it.
- If you have an account, open your orders below to see the current status.
- Still stuck? Email us your order number and we will look it up.
